The IFA internship provides high-potential, black SA graduates with no prior full-time work experience, the opportunity to participate in a structured programme with a powerful combination of practical industry knowledge, work-readiness input and work experience within established IFA practices. The programme runs annually in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London and Bloemfontein, with a two-week work-readiness intensive course in February followed by a 12-month internship working in an IFA practice.
