The I’M Work Ready programme facilitates the sourcing and readying of high-potential, early career graduates for work at ASISA members. Graduates get access to a powerful combination of specialist Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) input and work-readiness workshops, which prepare them for working in the CIS industry. The programme runs annually in Johannesburg and Cape Town as a three-week work-readiness intensive course in January followed by a 12-month internship.
